• If you are unavailable during your chosen slot, your order will be considered cancelled. We recommend being present at the delivery address during the chosen timeframe.

Shipping Costs:

We offer tiered shipping costs based on your order weight:

• Below 500g: ₹80
• 500g – 1kg: ₹100
• 1kg – 2kg: ₹200
• Over 2kg: Free shipping (you only pay the product cost)

Cash on Delivery (COD):

COD is available for orders between ₹500 and ₹3999.

• Orders below ₹500: ₹50 COD charge applies.
• Orders between ₹500 and ₹3999: You only pay the cash amount to the courier upon delivery.

The products ordered by You shall be available for delivery as per allotted delivery slot during the delivery hours, namely, 07:30 hours to 21:30 hours on all days. If you fail to take delivery on the agreed slot as mentioned in (a) above, your order and delivery thereof shall be treated as cancelled.
