Recipe :
Boil 6 eggs and cut into half. Saute 2 large chopped onions, 1 tsp garlic and fry till brown. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp S.K. Egg Curry Masala, 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 1 minced tomato/1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tsp chopped ginger and salt to taste. Heat for a few seconds, and add enough water. Bring the gravy to boil. Add hard-boiled eggs, cook for a few minutes and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped cilantro. Serve with rice or bread (roti or nan).
