Receipe :
Take 1 bowl gram dal & wash it. Keep it in water for 5-6 hours. Take 2 spoon rice poha & wash it with water and keep it aside. After that take the water out and grind the dal along with poha. 2 green chillies, half inch ginger piece & salt as per taste. Mix it well. Take the mixture out in a utensil add 2 spoon oil. S.K. Asafoetida, baking soda & turmeric powder & mix it well keep aside the ready mixture of locha for 3 hours. Put it into mould with layer of oil & keep on gas stove for steaming for 5 minutes. Sprinkle little chilli powder & S.K. Locha Masala over it. Your locha is now ready to serve.
