केसरी मिल्क मसाला

बनानेका तरीका : दो कप दुध में एक छोटा चम्मच एस. के. का केसरी दुध मसाला डाले, आपकी आवश्यकता के अनुसार शक्कर मिलाइये, उसके बाद दुधको अच्छी तरह उबाले, जिससे मसाले मे डाला हुला केसर और पिस्ती का कलर खीलेगा और महेक बढ़ेगी । दुध ठंडा पडने के बाद यह दुध पीनेका मजा कुछ और ही होगा।

अन्य उपयोग : आईस्क्रीम, कुल्फी, श्रीखंड, खीर, बासुंदी, दुधपाक, मीठाईया, में इस ओस.के. केसरी दुध मसाले का उपयोग करके व्यंजनकी लिज्जत बढा सकते हो ।
