Receipe :
Heat ghee/oil and fry onion until light golden. Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste and stir fry for am min. Add S.K. Mutton Biryani Masala and yoghurt. Stir fry for a few mins. Add 3-4 cup of water and potatoes. Cover and cook on low heat until the mutton is completely tender. Add tomatoes, green chillies, and lemon juice. Stir and remove from heat. Separately, stir 2 tbsp salt, water as per requirement and add soak rice. Boil until the rice is about three quarter tender. Remove from heat and drain the liquid. Spread three quarter of the boil rice in a pot and pour the cooked mutton and curry over it. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is completely tender. Mix the rice, mutton and curry very well. Serve hot with raita & salad.
