RECIPE: Make a paste of SK Paneer Butter Masala Spice Mix with milk. Heat oil
& butter in a pan, add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins. Add paste and cook
for 1-2 mins. on low flame. Add fried paneer cubes, cook till paneer get golden
brown. Add water and simmer for 2-3 mins, on medium or till gravy thickens.
Garnish with a dash of butter. Serve hot with Indian breads like paratha/naans or
rice.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1 cup paneer (250g), cut into 1″ cubes 2 medium tomatoes pureed (150g)
SK Paneer Butter Masala Spice Mix 50g Halfcup milk (100ml), 1 cup water (200ml) 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp butter/cream.
