RECIPE: Make a paste of SK Paneer Tikka Masala Spice Mix with milk. Heat oil in a pan, add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 mins. or till oil oozes out. Add paste and cook for 1-2 mins. on low flame. Add paneer cubes, water and simmer for 5-6 mins. on medium or till gravy thickens. Garnish with a dash of butter or cream. Serve hot with Indian breads like paratha/naans or rice.
