Description

Recipe :

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste & dry spices, cook for 2-3 mins. Add S.K. Punjabi Chhole Masala cook for 3 mins. Add boiled chana & saute for a min.
(Chana should be soak for 8 to 10 hours for better cook) Add 1 cup of water & cook for 2-3 mins. garnish with coriander leaves and serve with bhature.
