RECIPE: In a pan, add SK Veg. Makkhanwala Masala Spice Mix milk, cooking oil and water, mix it well. Add fresh cuts and boiled vegetables (Green peas, Carrots, French Beans, Cauliflower, Potatoes etc.) Mix and cook covered 5-7 mins, or until the vegetables are cooked. Stir in butter or cream. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, butter or a swirl of cream.

1 cup water (200ml)
2 tbsp cooking oil,
1 tbsp butter/cream.
